Inanimate things – like land and rocks, wind and waves – even they understand the supremacy of God. Man might be able to utilize and harness these things, but I doubt that man is able to make these things rejoice “with joy and singing”.
Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. Say to those who have an anxious heart, “Be strong; fear not! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.” (Isaiah 35:3, 4 ESV)
Let us encourage one another with the reminder of God’s love and faithfulness. He has shown it countless of times. The ultimate evidence is that He provided the “Way of Holiness” – a path through the wilderness that brings us straight to God’s Kingdom – Jesus.
