Isaiah 10
- Those who deceive and take advantage of God’s people, will face judgement. They have nowhere to flee, and their wealth cannot help them.
- God is able to move kings and armies, even those worship idols, how much more can he move managers, bosses or presidents?
- “Shall the axe boast over him who hews with it, or the saw magnify itself against him who wields it? As if a rod should wield him who lifts it, or as if a staff should lift him who is not wood! (Isaiah 10:15 ESV)” – Remember your place! (I am speaking to myself.) Do not be proud!
- People of God, do not be afraid. The Lord is in control and he is at work.
