Thanks for the sample exams! There were one or two similar questions, but what the sample exams did was to make me research on the topics and really study the topics. Next step, next step. I don't know yet. Depends on where God takes me - if I stay here doing Mainframe Maintenance - then I can go deeper into Mainframe/IBM Tech. Or I could take the ITIL Intermediate Levels (ST or SO, RCV or OSA).
