- Christians will have, in abundance, both Christ’s suffering and comfort.
- These happen so that we will learn to rely not on our own strength, but on God’s.

Leviticus 5:14-19, 6:1-7
- An awesome, effective idea: Songs that remind us of specific times of God’s love and faithfulness. Songs not only are easier to remember, they also are capable of carrying emotion more than just the written word.
- There’s a good deal of commandments on unintentional sin – maybe because we do it more often than we think. That is a good prayer, that God exposes those unintentional sins and that we will act in repentance.

- Verses 13 and 14 summarizes the whole letter, something like a “To Do List” or “Action Items”.

- What was true with peoples and nations centuries ago, can still
be seen now in present times. Goes to show the heart of man is, and has always been, stubborn and proud. But just like then, God will be exalted by His people and He will humble the proud. Question is, which side am I on?
